LSA was recently established by Louis and Stavy Anastasiou. We are a family based organisation and between us have over 50 years experience in the Liverpool property market so we know what makes a good investment. We will always give you honest and practical advice and we only recommend properties which we would consider buying ourselves.
Louis purchased his first investment property in 1987 and two years later he co-founded his own letting agency called Andrew Louis. This company is now one of the longest established independent property agents in Liverpool. Over the years Louis has sourced 100+ properties, in all kind of markets on behalf of various landlords from all over the UK and overseas. His extensive and unrivalled knowledge of the Liverpool Property Market has helped those clients grow their property portfolio and achieve buy to let success. He is currently the Chairman for Northwest Property Owners Association and a panel member of the Liverpool City Council Landlord Advisory Panel & the National Residential Landlord Association Independent Advisory Board.
Stavy has been in the property industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the buy to let market in Liverpool. She was born in Cyprus and speaks fluent Greek. She has a strong passion for helping her landlord clients find the right property in order to meet their budget and requirements . She is also a fantastic negotiator and will always aim to get the best purchase price for our clients so they can save money and achieve a better return on their investment. She also manages the whole purchase process, liaising with agents/vendors/solicitors/tradesman to make sure the purchase goes as smoothly as possible.
